You'll collaborate with our dedicated team to onboard new property owners and tenants, ensuring each listing is market-ready and communications are clear and consistent. Responsibilities: • Promptly respond to all inquiries from property owners • Set up new owner/property information in the system and initiate portal activation invitations. • Set up new tenants in the system for new properties under management. • Coordinate utility set up for properties. • Post new lease listings through the property management system and send application instructions to listing agents for upload into MARIS • Coordinate rental license paperwork and related tasks • Regularly attend Select Leasing staff meetings • Provide overall support to SL&M • All other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Part-time - 20 hours per week Qualifications: • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent • Experience with property management and/or leasing • Strong customer service and follow-up skills, and the ability to communicate in a professional manner • Experience with a property management system preferred • Ability to assess and prioritize urgent matters • Ability to work flexible scheduling if needed Compensation: $20 hourly
