Property Management Associates is Southern California’s premier property management company, managing over 200 commercial, retail and residential properties.

Our Residential Apartment Division is currently seeking:

· Los Angeles Area, 79 Units FULL TIME AREA MANAGER, $16.50/hr + studio

· Los Angeles Area, 57 Units FULL TIME AREA MANAGER, $16.50/hr + 1bd

· Los Angeles Area, 64 Units FULL TIME AREA MANAGER, $16.50/hr + studio

The following qualifications are required:

PROPERTY MANAGER

· Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills

· Ability to supervise & schedule maintenance staff & vendors

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager a must

· Effective leadership, multi-tasking and organizational skills

· Exceptional leasing, marketing, and resident retention skills

· Effectively handle tenant inquiries and concerns

· Responsible for enforcing property house rules

· Minimum of 2 years previous apartment management experience

· Must be willing to live on-site
