    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Management Business Development Representative to help grow our portfolio of rental properties throughout Oahu. In this commission-only role, you will identify and connect with property owners, real estate investors, and landlords who could benefit from professional property management services. Your primary responsibility will be generating new management agreements through networking, referrals, outreach, and relationship building. This position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys sales, has strong communication skills, and wants the flexibility to work independently while earning substantial commissions. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn $500–$1,000 per property signed, with upside earning potential. Whether you have experience in real estate, property management, mortgage lending, insurance, or sales, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding income stream by helping property owners maximize the value of their investments while partnering with an experienced property management team. Responsibilities: • Build customer loyalty while generating new revenue by developing long-term relationships • Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans • Utilize marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other techniques to continuously seek new business • Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an active sales pipeline Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing or hospitality being preferred • Prior sales and marketing experience of 5+ years, including some in a sales management role, is required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices Compensation: $500 - $1200 per property
