The Property Management Coordinator is Anchor’s front line. You are the first person owners, tenants, applicants, and prospects reach when reaching out by phone, by email, or by walking through the door. You know the policies, the process, and the systems. You answer questions completely on the first contact. This role requires someone who genuinely likes people, stays organized under volume, and takes ownership of the office experience without being asked. You run the leasing pipeline from new listing through signed lease and move-in. You support the Portfolio Development Manager so she can stay focused on growing the portfolio. You are not a generalist. You are the person the team and the clients count on to know what is happening and handle it. This is also a career-building role. We expect the right candidate to pursue an NC real estate license and grow into a licensed Property Manager seat as Anchor grows. Full-time, on-site. Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. Responsibilities: • Handle the office: answer every inbound call, greet every visitor, and make sure no one leaves without a complete answer • Support lead generation: keep the pipeline current, follow up on inbound inquiries, and, for the right person, make outbound calls on behalf of the company • Manage the administrative load of onboarding new properties: owner documents, photography coordination, MLS listings, and portal setup • Own the application and screening process from inquiry to approved applicant • Draft pre-printed leases, confirm all move-in requirements are met, and execute the move-in checklist before keys are released • Learn the business from the inside out. When a Property Manager seat opens, you are the natural choice to fill it Qualifications: Required • 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or office experience • Strong phone presence — confident and able to resolve calls on the first contact • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines without dropping anything • Comfortable learning new software quickly • Willing to pursue an NC real estate license within 90 days of hire Preferred • Property management, real estate, or leasing experience • AppFolio experience • Active NC real estate license, currently enrolled, or has serious intent to obtain a license Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
