Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine inspections of rental properties with photo and written documentation. • Deliver tenant notices and other official communications in the field. • Meet and coordinate with maintenance vendors, contractors, and inspectors. • Verify completion and quality of work; report property conditions to management. • Assist with property showings and light leasing support as needed. • Maintain regular communication with tenants, vendors, and property managers. • Uphold HNN’s values of honesty, dependability, and professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided). • Experience in property management, leasing, inspections, or a related field. • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Effective communicator—professional, respectful, and customer-focused. • Tech-savvy with mobile apps and photo documentation tools. • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently. • Willingness to travel throughout Metro Atlanta (inside and outside the Perimeter). Compensation: $20 - $29 hourly
