If so, RE/MAX Premier Realty Property Management invites you to join our team as a Maintenance Coordinator! As a key member of our Property Management Division, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our rental properties receive the best care, and clients and tenants experience top-notch service. This is an in-office position - NOT a technician position. Responsibilities: Maintenance Scheduling Prioritization: • Develop and manage maintenance schedules, including preventive tasks. • Prioritize work orders based on urgency and property impact. Work Order Management: • Receive, review, and assign tenant and property management work orders. • Ensure timely completion and follow up on all tasks. Vendor Management: • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors for repairs and specialized services. Emergency Response: • Respond to urgent maintenance issues outside regular hours, coordinating necessary repairs with on-call staff. Reporting Documentation: • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair details, and invoices. • Collaborate closely with the accounting department. Tenant Communication: • Provide updates, schedule notifications, and address concerns. • Oversee security deposit disbursements for move-outs and evictions. Qualifications: We’re Seeking Someone Who Is:A Problem-Solver: Skilled at analyzing issues and implementing effective solutions. • Organized, detail-oriented: Can juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records. • Customer-Centric: Excels at communication, keeping tenants and property owners informed and satisfied. • A Strong Leader: Can guide a team of vendors, delegate tasks effectively, and lead by example. • Adaptable Under Pressure: Handles high-volume calls and emails with professionalism and calmness, even in stressful situations. Qualifications: • Proven experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or a related field. • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. • Familiarity with maintenance systems and property management software is a plus. Compensation: $17 hourly
