Responsibilities: Property Management • Oversee all on-site operations and maintain vendor relationships to ensure smooth day-to-day property management • Prepare annual budgets and track financial objectives • Manage tenant relations, lease negotiations, and move-in/move-out processes • Coordinate repairs and renovations promptly and to the tenant's satisfaction Lead Management • Track and respond to incoming leads across multiple channels • Qualify and follow up with prospects to maximize conversion rates • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates • Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns based on lead performance Recruiting • Identify staff needs and actively source qualified candidates • Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants for key positions • Assist in onboarding and training new hires to ensure smooth integration • Maintain a talent pool to meet future business growth needs Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED required • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred • Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone Compensation: $48,000 - $60,000 yearly
