Responsibilities: • Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and perform other duties to make certain financial objects are being met • Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property • Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members • B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required • Some weekend and evening hours required • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • Must have an Active California Real Estate License Compensation: $59,000 - $72,000 DOE
