    What You'll Do

    As a Property Manager, you'll be an integral part of a team overseeing a large, diverse portfolio within a high-volume property management organization. Your core responsibilities will include:

    Lease units to prospective residents. (You will earn leasing bonuses.)

    Collaborating with the accounting team to maintain accurate rent rolls and bank balances.

    Guiding our maintenance coordinator in negotiating and managing maintenance projects with vendors, owners, and tenants.

    Assisting tenants with the preparation of leases as needed.

    Monitoring proof of insurance for vendors, tenants, and owners.

    Overseeing physical inspections of properties to ensure quality and compliance.

    What You'll Bring

    We're looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a blend of operational expertise and interpersonal skills.

    Qualifications:

    Property management experience across various sectors, including residential, short-term rental (STR), multi-family, Airbnb, student housing, and lease-ups.

    Proven experience completing 3-day notices.

    A track record of reviewing aging reports.

    A current real estate license or the ability to obtain one within six months of hire.

    A high-energy and upbeat personality with a genuine customer-service mindset.

    Exceptional ability to answer telephone calls, emails, and manage office visitors professionally.

    A knack for executing solution-oriented actions to quickly resolve concerns.

    The capacity to oversee multiple high-priority tasks and events simultaneously.

    Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.

    Ability to complete complex projects with minimal supervision.

    Superior written and verbal communication skills.

    Highly competent with current technology and a quick learner when it comes to new systems.

    Proficiency in property management software (Rentvine highly preferred).
