Are you a highly organized professional with a strong working knowledge of residential maintenance and construction? We’re looking for a hands-on, maintenance-focused Property Manager who thrives in a fast-moving, often hectic environment. This role is ideal for someone with a background in residential construction, fix-and-flips, or property renovations, who can balance organizational systems with practical, on-the-ground problem-solving. As our Property Manager, you’ll be the go-to contact for owners, tenants, and vendors. You’ll focus heavily on coordinating and overseeing maintenance issues, repair projects, and property improvements to keep homes in top condition. You’ll also support day-to-day operational needs—ensuring issues are handled quickly, records stay accurate, and tenants and owners receive professional, timely communication. Compensation • Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually • Benefits: Health & Dental Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors. • Oversee and coordinate all property maintenance, repairs, inspections, and work orders, with a focus on fast, effective resolution. • Manage tenant correspondence: move-in/move-out logistics, rent collection, billing, landlord services, and incident claims. • Track property performance and ensure safety compliance by correcting unsafe conditions promptly. • Conduct move-out inspections and manage deposit releases. • Maintain accurate property records and lease files. • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and owners to coordinate repair projects and renovations. • Support tenant retention by ensuring satisfaction and timely communication. • Maintain updated data in Rent Manager or similar systems. Qualifications: • Background in residential maintenance, construction, or fix-and-flip projects strongly preferred. • 2+ years of property management, facilities management, or related experience a plus (not required). • No property management license required. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
