The Property Manager Assistant is responsible for assisting the Lead Manager with all aspects of their assigned Portfolio. As a successful Property Manager Assistant, your goals are to maintain a high level of satisfaction for both the Homeowners and The Board of Directors. Responsibilities
Assist Homeowners and Lead Manager as needed
Clubhouse Reservations
Customer Service
Disptach Vendors
Operate Task Management Software
Problem Solving
Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
Schedule work with Homeowners
Qualifications
Customer Service Experience (3-5 Years)
Deliver Completed Tasks on Time
Excellent Communication Skills by Voice and by Email
Experience with Property Management Software preferred
High School Diploma (Minimum), Associate Degree ( Better), Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Previous Work Experience in Property Management
Self Motivated, Self Starter
Task Oriented
