    The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a critical role in supporting the growth, professionalism, and operational effectiveness of the company. This role provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO while directly contributing to the company’s expansion through exceptional owner onboarding, owner communication, and referral-partner relationship coordination. Acting as an extension of the CEO, the Executive Assistant ensures new property owners have a smooth, organized, and highly professional onboarding experience. They coordinate all steps of the onboarding workflow—including initial intake, document collection, agreement preparation, system setup, AppFolio onboarding tasks, and warm hand-offs to ongoing account management. They also help maintain strong relationships with existing owners by managing communication, drafting updates and marketing pieces, and ensuring proactive follow-through on owner needs. This role requires outstanding communication skills, a polished professional presence, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-moving environment. The Executive Assistant must be highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting the CEO’s day-to-day operational, administrative, and strategic initiatives. Their work directly contributes to company growth, owner satisfaction, and the CEO’s overall effectiveness. Responsibilities: • Owner Communication • Owner onboarding • Referral-partner relationship coordination • Executive support to the CEO • Marketing and Referral Growth Support Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • High school diploma or G.E.D. required • Accustomed to navigating computer software such as Microsoft Office and MLS • 2+ years experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus Compensation: $44,400 - $54,500 yearly
