Bustos Capital is a growing and dynamic privately owned real estate-based portfolio, and we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Property Manager to work hand-in-hand with the Regional Manager, providing essential support across all aspects of property management related to residential, self-storage and commercial complexes. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our properties. Hours: Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5:30 PM Saturday – Sunday CLOSED Benefits: • $3000 Annual Insurance Stipend • Accrued Paid Time Off • 10 Paid Holidays, Paid Birthday Off, 1 Paid “Floating” Holiday Responsibilities: • Being the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive living experience. • Overseeing property maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. • Assisting with tenant onboarding, lease agreements, and managing lease renewals. • Supporting rent collection, processing invoices, and assisting with budget management. • Ensuring all properties adhere to relevant regulations and company policies. • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Manager, including report generation and schedule management. • Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high-quality property standards. • Monitor incoming leads and prospects, and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers. • Crosstrain and provide support for the team when needed. Qualifications: • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in property management. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. • Residing in Salt Lake County is highly preferred for this role. • A clean criminal background is required. • Ability to transport, lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds. • Candidate should be able to walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including opening large roll-up doors. • Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8 hours per day. • Wearing the required uniform and respecting the company dress code. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000
