Overview The Claridge is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Property Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of our oceanfront residential high‑rise. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and preferably experience in construction or project management. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we begin a full interior renovation project.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for owners; address concerns and ensure a high level of service.

Property Maintenance: Supervise maintenance operations, inspections, service contracts, repairs, landscaping, and staff.

Construction & Projects: Coordinate renovations, capital projects, and ongoing construction initiatives.

Financial Management: Oversee budgets, reserves, association dues, and reporting; work closely with the Board of Directors.
