    The job:

    We seek a proactive and flexible Property Manager to join our team. This role will require frequent travel between properties in the greater Los Angeles area, assisting with inspections, tenant management, move-ins/move-outs, and more.     Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct property inspections, including move-ins and move-outs

    Manage showings and assist with tenant relations

    Coordinate work orders and follow up on service requests

    Assist with market research and property evaluations

    Act as the eyes and ears of the Senior Property Manager, ensuring smooth operations

    Upload photos, manage admin tasks, and provide support to the team

    Drive between properties as needed

    Essential Skills:

    Strong customer service skills and experience resolving tenant concerns

    Excellent communication and organizational skills

    Ability to work independently and make quick decisions based on Standard Operating Procedures

    Positive attitude and desire to provide top-tier service to tenants

    Ability to manage time effectively, juggling multiple properties and priorities

    Requirements:

    California Real Estate License

    Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel regularly across Los Angeles

    Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, OneSite, or similar)

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
