The Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the community, overseeing staff, reaching and maintaining a 100% occupancy rate, rent collections, property inspections, and rule enforcement of community standards, completion of reporting, working with and supervising vendors, serving as the liaison between the property and the corporate office, among others. Responsibilities: • Rent collection • Collecting delinquencies • Resident relations • Property inspections and rule enforcement • Evictions • Increasing and maintaining occupancy • Leasing, move-ins, move-outs • Prompt follow-up and follow-through with applicants and prospective residents • Curb appeal • Showing homes • Working with and overseeing vendors • Overseeing campground operations and managing staff • Executing the company's standard operating procedures and policies • Communication with the regional manager and corporate officers Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Must be legally permitted to work in the US • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential property management • Must work calmly under pressure and be able to follow through on commitments • Dependable with a good work ethic • Adaptability to changing circumstances in a fast- paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Excellent negotiation skills • Computer proficiency, including email, internet, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace • Experience using ManageAmerica is helpful • Knowledge of basic accounting principles Compensation: $54,000 yearly
