You’ll manage leasing, applicant screening, lease negotiations, renewals, and occupancy goals. You’ll ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Section 8, LIHTC, and local regulations. You’ll coordinate maintenance and vendor work orders while monitoring service levels and performance. You’ll maintain accurate records and reports using AppFolio and Google Suite while professionally handling resident concerns.
