    FYKES Realty Group is looking for a Property Manager & Client Experience Coordinator who can bring structure, responsiveness, and care to our growing portfolio of clients and rental properties. This role plays a key part in ensuring that property owners feel confident in how their investments are managed while tenants receive timely, professional support. You’ll work closely with leadership while coordinating clients, tenants, vendors, and transactions to keep the business operating efficiently. Compensation: • Base Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 (based on experience) • On-Target Earnings: $75,000 – $80,000 • Additional benefits include: • Paid Time Off • Performance-based bonus opportunities • Profit Share eligibility • Healthcare premium reimbursement Responsibilities: Property Management • Oversee the day-to-day management of residential rental properties • Market vacant homes and coordinate leasing activities • Analyze rental comps and recommend pricing strategies • Manage tenant screening, lease preparation, and lease execution • Handle rent collection and monitor property-related expenses • Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule vendors for repairs • Oversee small property improvement or rehabilitation projects • Manage tenant communication and address issues or concerns • Assist with eviction coordination when necessary • Provide property owners with updates, recommendations, and insights Client & Transaction Coordination • Help ensure clients experience a smooth and well-managed process • Coordinate real estate transactions from agreement through closing • Track key dates, documentation, and compliance requirements • Maintain consistent communication with buyers, sellers, and clients • Ensure all paperwork, disbursements, and closing documentation are completed properly Operations & Office Coordination • Support the internal systems that keep the business organized • Maintain accurate records and CRM data • Manage vendor relationships and identify new service providers as needed • Keep office systems, files, and processes organized and up to date • Assist with client appreciation events and relationship-building initiatives • Provide light operational and technology support when needed Qualifications: • 3–5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment • 1–3 years of customer service, operations, or management experience • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent organization and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously • A calm, solution-focused mindset when challenges arise • Comfort communicating with clients, tenants, and vendors • A service-oriented attitude and desire to help people • Real estate or property management experience is a plus but not required. Compensation: OTE: $75,000 – $80,000
