Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards. • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance and repairs. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention, fostering a welcoming community atmosphere. • Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring financial goals are met while optimizing resource allocation. • Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Facilitate effective communication between tenants and management, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. • Lead and mentor a team of property staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications: • Previous property management experience required. • Experience with Hud and Section 8 procedures. • Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills. • Ability to coordinate maintenance, tenants, and vendors effectively. • Familiarity with property management required. Compensation: $68,000 - $72,000
