Responsibilities: • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing • Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant’s satisfaction • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers Qualifications: • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
