Responsibilities: • Reading and understanding financial statements • Interacting with Association Boards and residents • Preparing and meeting annual budgets. • Negotiating and securing bids from contractors • Providing oversight of projects • Drafting and distributing correspondence to clients • Overseeing routine and preventative maintenance programs • Attending periodic board meetings on evenings/weekends • Knowledge of the Maine Condominium Act • Be fluent in all Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel • Outstanding organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Proven ability to work both independently and on a team • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment Qualifications: • Some weekend and evening hours required • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of experience in real estate management, and be looking for a long-term career opportunity • Professional designations, such as a CMCA preferred but not required Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000
