Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Manager to join our growing team at a successful property management company. This role is responsible for the full management of assigned residential properties and includes direct supervision of an Assistant Property Manager.

Responsibilities

Advertise and market vacant properties to attract prospective tenants

Conduct property showings and highlight available amenities

Handle all aspects of the tenant lifecycle: Screening applicants, verifying references, leasing, move -ins, renewals, move-outs and evictions

Manage rent collection, online payment systems, and follow up on delinquencies

Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Supervise the Assistant Property Manager and delegate tasks as needed

Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance or repairs

Stay informed on local market conditions, housing trends, and rental rates

Ensure compliance with Equal Housing Opportunity laws, local regulations, and company policies

Provide general administrative support and complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Proven experience in property management

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Real Estate License required (or ability to obtain)

Strong understanding of leasing practices and relevant real estate laws

Knowledge of local real estate markets and rental trends

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Experience using property management software preferred
