Responsibilities: • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry • Provide prompt and professional responses to tenant calls, emails, and direct messages • Process rental applications, including verifying employment, rental history, and other criteria • Show rental properties to prospective tenants when required • Maintain tenant files and ensure all lease documentation is properly executed and stored • Manage lease compliance processes, including late payment follow-up and coordination of notices or evictions • Prepare and track tenant communications regarding payments, fees, and property updates • Attend weekly property management team meetings and contribute insights • Coordinate utility transfers for vacant properties to protect against weather-related damage • Create and track maintenance requests in the CRM and ensure timely completion • Perform periodic property visits and inspections, including taking photos, changing lockboxes, and meeting vendors • Maintain checklists and update procedures to ensure consistency in Tenant Relations processes • Resolve tenant disputes professionally and maintain healthy tenant relationships • Provide general administrative support to the property management team as needed Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • License for real estate is preferred but not required • Weekend and evening availability • Calm and professional demeanor, even during conflict or difficult conversations • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion • Customer-service oriented with strong follow-up skills • Real estate license or willingness to obtain one preferred • Familiarity with property management or the real estate industry preferred Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
