Responsibilities: • Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals • Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants • Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers • Prepare Annual Budget • Great Customer service Qualifications: • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends • High School Diploma or equivalent • Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone • Working knowledge of residential community associations in New Jersey • 3-5 years of experience in Community Associations • Certification in industry A+ (CMCA) • Proactive Mindset • Good communication skills • Customer Service is a must Compensation: $70,000 + yearly bonus
