Responsibilities: • Oversee daily property operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulations • Maintain strong resident relations; communicate effectively and resolve complaints professionally and promptly • Supervise move-in/move-out processes, including inspections, unit readiness, and turnover execution • Oversee leasing operations from prospecting to move-in; support lease-up goals and negotiate renewals • Monitor rent collections, enforce delinquency policies, and oversee deposits and resident accounts • Assist with budgeting, financial performance, rent setting, and expense control • Manage marketing efforts including digital, social media, print materials, and outreach initiatives • Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and trends • Oversee risk management, safety procedures, and emergency protocols • Supervise staff performance, scheduling, hiring, and training for leasing and maintenance teams • Coordinate vendor relationships, bids, and property purchasing • Ensure efficient handling of service requests and overall maintenance coordination • Support resident engagement programs and community experience initiatives • Prepare and deliver reports to ownership and management as required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field • 5+ years of Property Management experience (prior housing management experience preferred) with significant supervisory responsibility • Software experience: Word processing, Excel, email, web browsing, and property management systems • Strong arithmetic as well as excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills are necessary • Job Type: Full-time • Experience in RealPage/OneSite preferred but not required Compensation: $63,000 - $65,000 yearly
