We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to support our Inside Sales efforts in Michigan and Washington. This unique role combines traditional property management responsibilities with a strong focus on supporting sales operations, investor communications, and client satisfaction.
Position Overview: As a Property Manager with Inside Sales support responsibilities, you will act as a key liaison between our operations team and prospective investors. You’ll manage residential rental properties while also supporting the Inside Sales team with property data, client updates, and coordination needed to close investment opportunities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned residential rental properties in MI and WA, ensuring timely maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and compliance
Support the Inside Sales team by providing timely property updates, pricing data, and availability
Coordinate with leasing, maintenance, and renovation teams to ensure property readiness for sale or rent
Assist with property-level reporting for investor clients, including vacancy status, rent collection, and repair timelines
Communicate directly with potential and current investors regarding property conditions, timelines, and market status
Monitor and maintain accurate records in property management and CRM systems
Identify opportunities to streamline communication between sales and operations teams
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in property management, preferably with exposure to investment real estate
Familiarity with sales processes or experience supporting a sales team is a strong plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with investor or client-facing updates
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in property management platforms (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong working knowledge of the Michigan and/or Washington residential rental markets
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
