JRE is a commercial real estate firm operating across brokerage, property management, development, and capital. We manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties and are looking for a Property Manager who takes ownership of their assets, builds lasting relationships, and holds themselves to a high standard.

The Role

You will serve as the primary point of contact for owners, tenants, and vendors across an assigned portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties. Day-to-day, that means keeping operations running smoothly, managing vendors, staying ahead of maintenance, and ensuring every tenant interaction reflects JRE's standards of professionalism.

What You'll Own

Daily operations and maintenance coordination across assigned properties

Tenant relations, lease administration, and move-in/move-out management

Vendor contracts, service coordination, and performance oversight

Budget preparation, invoice review, and monthly financial reporting

Collaboration with accounting, leasing, and ownership stakeholders

What We're Looking For

3+ years of property management experience, preferably in commercial or mixed-use environments

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously

Proactive communicator with a service-first mindset

Financial acumen and comfort with property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar)

High level of initiative and professional judgment

Compensation Competitive, commensurate with experience.
