We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties across Maryland. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property conditions, and optimizing financial performance. Responsibilities: • Listen attentively to questions and comments while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor at all times • Ensure timely and professional responses to phone calls and correspondence • Effectively manage time to balance multiple projects successfully • Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills in handling various situations that may arise. • Stay updated on state regulatory agency statutes, as well as the community's documents, policies, and procedures for each client • Review Association financial reports and assist in developing Annual Budgets. • Oversee property improvement and construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on time • Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff, if applicable • Foster professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors. Conduct and prepare for Board meetings, creating management reports in advance Qualifications: • Minimum of five years’ experience in HOA and Condominium management. • One or more Community Association certification a plus; (i.e.) M100, CMCS, and a PCAM • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projections simultaneously • Experience using MS Office Excel • Experience in developing annual budgets for Homeowner and Condominium associations • Experience using a variety of virtual meeting management applications such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
