About Us We are a growing property management company specializing in managing single-family homes. We currently operate in Omaha and Lincoln, with plans to expand into Iowa. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized, solution-oriented and personable Property Manager to efficiently manage operations and maintain strong tenant relationships.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high occupancy rates, ensuring tenant satisfaction, actively pursuing collections on delinquent accounts, executing lease agreements, and responding promptly to tenant inquiries or concerns. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our tenants. Responsibilities
Accept rental payments and provide receipts
Respond to tenant inquiries
Execute lease terms, including rent collection, late notices, and lease renewals.
Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions, tenant communications, and maintenance activities.
Conduct periodic inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and property upkeep.
Notify maintenance of tenant-reported concerns.
Actively pursue collections on delinquent accounts by contacting tenants, negotiating payment plans, and initiating eviction proceedings when necessary.
Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies
Qualifications
Strong computer proficiency
Familiarity with property management software (particularly AppFolio) is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to problem-solve and make quick, informed decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in property management or maintenance coordination preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
