Parks Property Management is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of residential rental properties across Middle Tennessee. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in relationship-building, and has a strong understanding of leasing, property operations, and portfolio growth Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned rental properties • Coordinate leasing efforts, including marketing, showings, and lease execution • Manage tenant communications, renewals, maintenance requests, and property inspections • Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with local regulations • Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants • Identify opportunities to grow the portfolio through client referrals, lead generation, and networking • Assist with onboarding new properties and owners into the portfolio • Collaborate with accounting and administrative teams to ensure accurate reporting and billing Qualifications: Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Prior experience in property management or leasing • Strong customer service and communication skills • Proven ability to drive growth and build long-term client relationships • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities • Knowledge of property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, etc.) preferred Compensation: $50,000 yearly
