As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our Company's property management portfolio. This role will involve implementing and maintaining efficient processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and implementing the correct processes and training for the portfolio and property management teams. You will implement the right processes and practices across the organization, including formulating strategy, developing training programs, improving performance, and ensuring compliance is being met. As the Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the profitability and efficiency of our Company's property management operations.

Skills Required: 3 years Property Management experience Valid and active Real Estate License in Washington Excellent Customer Service Skills Able to work in a collaborative team environment Superior Communication skills both verbal and written Real Estate Rules and Regulations Fair Chance Housing Knowledge
