We are seeking a property manager with a proven track record of success. The property manager will also display excellent business judgment, have an acute concern for customer satisfaction, and possess a strong sense of fairness and integrity as they manage and oversee a significant new real estate asset. Responsibilities: • Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly • Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants • Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair • Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards Qualifications: • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends Compensation: $65,000+ yearly based on experience
