    Penny Realty, Inc. is seeking a property manager with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will be professional at all times, exhibit strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The property manager will also display excellent business judgment, have an acute concern for customer satisfaction, and possess a strong sense of fairness and integrity as they manage and oversee a significant portfolio of Homes, Condos, and small apartment complexes. Responsibilities: • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process • Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met • Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions • Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards • Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants • Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone • Minimum 5 years experience in Residential Property Management • Current California Real Estate License • A very strong moral & ethical foundation - integrity • Professional Appearance • Ability to work very hard • A high degree of self-confidence tempered by humility • Strong attention to detail and organization • This is not an on-site position • Ability to manage properties throughout San Diego County • Must have own vehicle. Includes mileage reimbursement Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly
