Responsibilities: • Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers • Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants • Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and perform other duties to make certain financial objects are being met • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction Qualifications: • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office • High School Diploma or GED required • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members • Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000 yearly
