Radius Agent LLC is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties. As part of our innovative, agent-first real estate platform, you will play a critical role in maintaining property value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and streamlining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of assigned properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations

Oversee rent collection, budgeting, and expense management

Coordinate property repairs, vendor services, and inspections

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations

Maintain accurate records and reports using property management software

Support Radius agents and clients with responsive communication and service

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in property management or real estate operations

Knowledge of Texas property laws and lease regulations

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Proficiency with property management platforms (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, or similar)

Texas Real Estate License (preferred but not required)
