Responsibilities: • Establish Competitive Rental Rates • Maintain Property Standards Address and resolve tenant concerns, enforce lease terms, inspect units, and coordinate with landscaping and maintenance vendors to ensure high-quality living conditions. • Oversee Resident Move-Ins and Move-Outs Manage the entire leasing process including application review, lease execution, security deposit collection, and ensuring smooth transitions during move-ins and move-outs. • Financial Oversight Develop and manage budgets, collect rent, approve and process vendor payments, and ensure all financial targets are met. • Operations Management Lead all on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor and contractor management, rent collection, accounts payable, and day-to-day property functions. • Owner Lead Follow-Up Engage with prospective property owner clients to provide information, answer questions, and convert inquiries into active clients. • Resident and Owner Relations Maintain positive and responsive communication with both residents and property owners to ensure satisfaction and trust. • Security Deposit and Move-Out Oversight Oversee resident move-outs, process security deposit returns, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies. • Make-Ready Process Management Supervise the preparation of vacant homes for new tenants, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. • Maintenance Coordination Manage maintenance requests and schedule repairs and inspections to maintain property functionality and tenant satisfaction. • Vendor Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective services for all property needs. Qualifications: • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred • Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone • High School Diploma or GED required The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of professionalism, drive, and interpersonal skills.
