We care just as much about whether you are: • Organized • Reliable • Calm under pressure • A strong communicator • Comfortable making decisions • Serious about delivering excellent service Experience with AppFolio, residential property management, leasing, maintenance coordination, or real estate is a plus. Why TIDE? We are building more than a property management company. We are building a company where great people can grow, take on meaningful responsibility, and create wealth for residents, owners, vendors, teammates, and themselves. You’ll work with a team that moves quickly, cares deeply, and believes that kindness and high standards can exist at the same time. Because they can. Ready to Join Us?
