We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, ensuring property profitability, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

Property Manager Duties:

Oversee the daily operations of the property.

Market availabe units and screen prospective tenants.

Handle lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.

Collect rent and manage property budgets, expenses and financial reports.

Coordinate routine maintenance and emergency repairs through work orders.

Ensure the property complies with local, state and federal laws and regulations.

Address tenants concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Supervise maintenance staff.
