Responsibilities: • Advertise and market vacant units • Manage lease agreements, renewals, and rent collection • Manage tenant complaints, maintenance requests, and disputes • Ensure properties are well-maintained and all necessary repairs are done in a timely manner • Follow up with open work orders • Conduct annual inspections of properties • Conduct quarterly drive-by property inspections • Attend new owner meetings • Schedule and conduct move-in & move-out inspections Qualifications: • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle • Reliable smart phone required for use of apps for inspections and posting notices • Strong communication skills • Customer service skills • Computer skills • Email etiquette • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to lift 20 lbs Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
