    Do you love Real Estate and want to see what it takes to work in this field? We are seeking a go-getter to work FULL TIME with clients as a Showing Assistant. We're a vibrant and VERY busy Real Estate Investment Company in need of an assistant/ showing specialist for distressed properties. Are you ready to work hard? Are you eager and ready to crush it? If so, we are looking for you! The position involves designing property flyers, showing properties to interested buyers and coordinating inspections to be done, it does NOT require a real estate license.  This is a very exciting opportunity for you to work with leaders of the industry in a quickly growing company with lots of room for future growth!!  Responsibilities: • Meeting with buyers • Coordinating house showings • Scheduling inspections • Ensure property information is accurate • Drafting marketing flyers on houses for sale • Drafting contracts and addendum • Miscellaneous day to day tasks • Juggle multiple clients and tasks at once • Keep communication open with all clients Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Not afraid to pick up the phone • Independent and self-motivated • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Be a team player who thrives working with an energetic, tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car • Able to follow GPS • Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed • Working knowledge of real estate transactions is a plus • Do NOT need to be a licensed Realtor Compensation: $2,500 / mo + commission
