Responsibilities: Job Description: • Performing on-site inspections of damaged property, including roofs/attics • Preparing estimates of repair and ITV reports using Xactimate • Preparing inventories of damaged property including valuations • Performing investigation including interviews recorded statements • Evaluating insurance coverage, and drafting ROR and denial letters • Making claim adjustment recommendations • Preparing comprehensive reports • Property damage and bodily injury liability investigations • Maintaining control of a full caseload Qualifications: • Minimum of four years of PC claims handling experience • Preference given to those with Property/Multi-line claims experience • Ability to carry/use ladder and inspect roofs/attics • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Proficient in Xactimate • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams • Works well independently while maintaining a current diary Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour
