We’re looking for a Property Operations Rover to support our maintenance team across multiple apartment communities. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic maintenance skills (or transferable experience) who wants to grow in the field—no two days are the same, and you’ll never be stuck behind a desk.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day maintenance and repairs across multiple properties
Complete work orders and help respond to service requests
Support unit turns, make-readies, and general upkeep
Perform preventative maintenance and property walks
Help troubleshoot issues alongside experienced team members
Coordinate with vendors when needed
Travel to assigned communities as needed (properties are typically within 1–2 hours of the Raleigh area)
Qualifications
Some experience in maintenance, handyman work, construction, or similar (not required to be an expert)
A reliable, hands-on individual who enjoys staying busy
Comfortable with traveling to properties within a 1–2 hour radius of Raleigh
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
Valid driver’s license
Flexibility to adapt to different properties and tasks
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
