    • Handling property securing/lockdowns of newly purchased homes.
    • Performing grounds maintenance (weeding, leaf blowing, edging, sprinkler adjustments, rock/mulch installation).
    • Coordinating and scheduling vendors/contractors for landscaping, duct cleaning, or other services.
    • Supporting property rehab efforts by checking progress, answering questions, and delivering/picking up materials.
    • Performing minor handyman tasks (replacing fixtures, bulbs, smoke alarms, doorknobs, etc.).
    • Completing tenant move-in/move-out inspections and handling light work-order requests.
    • Preparing homes for market with small touch-ups, cleaning, and signage installation.

    What We Provide

    • Company work van + gas card

    • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Reliability and willingness to occasionally work evenings/weekends (for emergencies).

    Salary & Benefits

    • $57,000 annual salary
    • 401(k) with 4% company match
    • Medical benefits
    • Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave
