We're hiring a Short-Term Rental Property Runner/Assistant in Tampa, FL! Help us keep our Airbnb-style homes guest-ready by running supplies, checking properties, and supporting our local team. Tampa, FL | Part-Time | $15–$18/hr (based on experience) Responsibilities: You’ll be the on-the-ground support for our Tampa properties, helping make sure each unit is guest-ready, stocked, and maintained. Your tasks may include: • Delivering supplies, linens, or essentials to properties • Light staging of homes (setting up welcome gifts, adjusting pillows, etc.) • Doing final walkthroughs before guest check-ins • Swapping batteries, restocking items, or dropping off replacement appliances • Checking on cleaners or vendors and reporting any issues • Taking and uploading photos for quality control Qualifications: • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude • Comfortable working independently and managing time • Availability on weekends or holidays is a big plus • Previous STR, hotel, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
