Responsibilities: • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Attend appointments in sellers' homes to determine the best route to help them solve a problem and sell their home • Creativity is key! We are the best company with the most tools at our disposal to help sellers sell their properties Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Two years of previous sales experience Compensation: $75,000 - $115,000 yearly
