    Are you interested in a versatile role with flexible hours anywhere from 20-40 hours a week? We’re hiring a proactive assistant property manager to support our property management team. You’ll be in charge of managing schedules, assisting our property manager with screening applicants, placing signs and lockboxes, managing incoming calls, helping with maintenance requests, assisting with some accounting responsibilities, organizing our systems, and making sure administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. Job seekers should love planning, organizing, and diving into new challenges. Every single day will have different challenges. You can have a flexible schedule as long as things get done on time. Not required to be in the office 9-5.We need someone who can just adapt on the fly, knock out random tasks each day, and keep things organized! Responsibilities: • Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment/supplies. • Act as the main point of contact for the property manager ( sometimes the project manager) • Perform additional assigned duties from department heads such as picking up orders, handling mail, paying vendors, communicating with tenants, etc. • Report incoming information like phone calls, emails, texts, and messages to department heads. Qualifications: • Be a team player. Able to adjust on the fly while staying organized. • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information. • Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organization skills. Compensation: $17 - $22 hourly (*bonus opportunities available!)
