What You’ll Do and Why It Matters We’re looking for a Property Services Technician to maintain and repair apartment communities across Saratoga County, Warren County, and the Greater Capital Region. You’ll handle everything from plumbing and light electrical to painting, demolition, landscaping, snow removal, and more. Your work directly impacts the quality of life for our residents and guests, and we’ll rely on you to represent Green Springs Capital Group LLC with professionalism and pride. Benefits: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Referral program Schedule: • Evenings as needed • Monday to Friday • On call • Weekends as needed Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine and emergency maintenance, including plumbing, light electrical, painting, and carpentry • Handle property upkeep including trash-outs, snow removal, landscaping, and seasonal maintenance • Troubleshoot and solve problems independently with a focus on resident satisfaction • Use mobile tools to document work, complete tasks, and communicate with the team • Assist with move-out/move-in unit prep and other property service tasks Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: • 5yrs experience required in maintenance, construction, or mechanical trades • Solid skills in basic plumbing and light electrical— these are non-negotiable • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and your own set of tools • Physically capable of lifting and carrying 50+ lbs. and working in all seasons • Familiarity with technology for work orders, communications, and photo documentation • Must pass a background check and drug test Bonus Skills (a plus but not required): • Experience with HVAC systems, installations, repairs, or diagnostics • Advanced electrical work (e.g., breaker replacements, new outlets/fixtures) • Landscaping and exterior property maintenance expertise Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
