This role provides essential support during a period of planned leave coverage and requires someone who can step in quickly, work independently, and manage high‑volume, time‑sensitive workflows with minimal onboarding time.

As a Contract Property Support Specialist, you’ll serve as a dedicated support partner to a small group of Community Managers—handling leasing administration, payments, notices, documentation, and Entrata workflows that keep multiple properties running smoothly.

    • Support eviction documentation to ensure files meet legal and regulatory requirements.

    Payments & Document Processing

    • Maintain confidentiality and precision when handling financial and resident information.

    Delinquency Coordination

    • Prepare late‑payment notice packets for on‑site posting.

    • Contact delinquent residents to provide payment support and available resources.

    • Maintain organized delinquency and eviction records to support legal timelines.

    Entrata Systems Support

    • Provide first‑line troubleshooting for Entrata settings, permissions, and workflow issues.

    • Support system audits, data cleanup, and configuration tasks as directed.

    • Help maintain standardized Entrata practices across properties.

    Cross‑Team Collaboration & Backup Support

    • Partner with Community Managers to ensure smooth execution of leasing, payments, notices, and resident file accuracy.

    • Coordinate with Accounting, Compliance, and Leasing to ensure alignment on tenant status and financial records.

    • Provide backup support for Compliance and Leasing Administration during absences.

    Portfolio Support (As Needed)

    • Assist with documentation processing and Entrata troubleshooting for new properties as they onboard.

    • Support integration into existing workflows when required.

Your Impact Will Be Measured By

    • Timeliness and accuracy of lease processing

    • Clean, compliant resident files

    • Accuracy and timeliness of payment and document processing

    • Reliability of delinquency and eviction support

    • Responsiveness and effectiveness in Entrata troubleshooting

    • Ability to quickly onboard and independently manage core workflows

    • Internal team satisfaction with support provided

    The Ideal Match

You’re organized, dependable, and energized by keeping systems running cleanly behind the scenes. You bring exceptional attention to detail, strong technology acumen (especially in Entrata), and a solutions‑oriented approach to daily operations.

You’re able to step into established workflows quickly , operate independently, and provide reliable support during a defined coverage period. Experience in leasing administration, property management, or centralized operations is strongly preferred.
