    Job Description:

    SOAZ is seeking a Property Tax Administrator to support the AZDOR – Taxpayer Services – Property Tax Admin team. This is a local-only, hybrid position requiring strong administrative, organizational, and technical skills. The role involves handling property tax-related material, developing and reviewing standard work procedures, and maintaining electronic records following a standardized naming convention.

    Schedule:

    Monday, Wednesday, Friday – Work remotely

    Tuesday, Thursday – Work from the office

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage property tax-related documentation

    Develop and review standard work procedures

    Review, compile, and store electronic documents in designated folders

    Ensure proper application of file naming conventions

    Proofread communications and memos for accuracy and clarity

    Requirements:

    Prior administrative experience

    Strong organizational and coordination skills

    Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office

    Advanced computer skills

    Attention to detail and accuracy in work

    Preferred Skills:

    Proofreading

    Strong communication skills

    Real estate tax knowledge

    Records management expertise
