    Property Tax Research Associate

    Location: Onsite – Dallas, TX

    Contract

    Mon- Fri – 8 -5 PM CST

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a detail‑oriented Property Tax Research Associate to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role involves researching property tax information nationwide, including gathering data online and contacting government agencies by phone to obtain accurate and up‑to‑date information. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research property tax information for properties across the United States.
    • Use online databases, county websites, and other digital resources to gather required tax details.
    • Contact government agencies, tax offices, and county assessors by phone to obtain missing or updated information.
    • Verify, interpret, and enter data with a high level of accuracy.
    • Document all findings in the required systems or databases.
    • Manage multiple property files while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
    • Ensure all communication is professional, clear, and aligned with company standards.
    • Perform additional administrative or research duties as needed.

    • Ability to confidently speak with government agencies and external offices by phone.
    • High attention to detail with excellent accuracy in data entry.
    • Strong online research skills and comfort navigating various websites.

    • Proficient with computers and basic office software.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience in research, customer service, administrative support, or call‑based roles.
    • Experience working with government agencies, property records, or tax‑related information is a plus (not required).
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
